Field note from Bench 3

The capacitor warning is sincere as a joke and useless as electrical advice.

The plate in the footer says not to lick the capacitors. They are decorative. This has been tested only in the sense that nobody was invited to try.

The switch by the nameplate cycles the room: night, filaments, paper. Paper is the useful one. It is also the least dramatic, which is how you can tell it belongs.

If you find a control that does not announce itself, it is not a settings panel for the building. It will not rewrite anything on the server. The bench remains the bench.
